Cliodhna

Cliodhna was a precious gift in our lives for over 16 years and we loved every day we spent with her. Cliodhna loved to travel. She was a Model, a Showjumper, a Gymnast, a Photographer, a Scout, a Runner, a Baker, a Musician, a Knitter, a Dog Walker, and a Techkidz. She loved Angel her horse; her dog, Ted; and her 2 cats, Tayto and Chocolate.

No matter what she did, she put her heart and soul into it. She packed so much into her short life.

Cliodhna was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma in September 2018. She went through a very tough treatment regime of Chemotherapy, Surgery and Radiotherapy for 18 months. Cliodhna was cancer free and had made great progress. In November 2019, Cliodhna embarked on a Bone Marrow Transplant which was the final part of her treatment and it was to make sure that the cancer never came back. Cliodhna got very sick after the transplant and she never recovered. She died on 9th January 2020.

Cliodhna was asked about one thing she would like to teach people and it was "not to moan about little stuff".
